how can i fix my beko dishwasher?

my dishwasher starts up but doesnt complete a programme,the dial on the front doesnt turn,

Try turning the machine on its side, remove the bottom panel. Attatched to the bottom panel is a white plastic box, with two tubes going in. Pull these off and blow through them.
