I have a samsung RS21DCNS fridge freezer.This morning I found the floor covered in water and the freezer tempature display flashing, all my food has defrosted and the fridge is not working either. I have looked on the internet and it seems that there is a common problem with this model and wondered if this is the problem with mine, if so can it be repaired?

thay are samsung agents so i guess they know what the are doing ,

we bought the RS21 samsung fridge freezer problems kit and fitted within 1 hour , although we had switched our fridge freezer of the night before - as recomended .

we had to call their samsung engineer a coupleof times just to make sure we were doing repair correct - he always asnwered and was very patieint whilst explaining what to do ..
