Beko fridge freezer wont freeze properly?

My Beko fridge freezer defrosted itself totally a few months ago then restarted itself. Since then the freezer will not reach a low enough temperature and is not freezing properly. If I turn the thermostat up in fridge, the fridge (only) freezes.

depends on model but this will be one of 3 things
gas/compressor issue (scrap it)
pcb issue (if fitted)
defrost timer (if fitted).
No easy way to say which without testing!
