Can a Righthand chairlift be made to run on the left side?

Friend as offered me a Minivator chairlift for my mam, but he has it on a left handed wall were as ours is a right handed wall can this left hand unit be use or adapted to fit on a right hand wall

simple answer is no as to change the lift from right to left you need a new footplate, seatpost and chair sorry...
