i have got a vaxchall vecter dti but it is very slow and takes a long time to get from 0 to 60 can you please help me

ive been told that i may find one or more pipe's have come astray or split on the vacum system stopping the turbo from working can any one tell me here to look
so i can see if i can fix it myself or how much it may cost
