my 1.8 2000 astra sri wont start it turns over but doesnt fire up?

hi there my astra was working fine until yestrerday wen i went to start it it fired up but died straightaway now it just turns over and the sevice light just flashes at me can anybody tell me what this is please?

make shore ther is fule getting to the fule rail ther will be a small valve like on ur tyers press that while turning the engine over should be fule spraying out

sorry not sure where it is but if you have a mil flashing on the dash there should be a fault registered and hopefully it may help point you in the right direction when you see what faults are there,good luck

oh ok did kinda think that already but i heard there is a fuel cut off/reset switch? but am unable to find it thanks for the advice tho.

your best bet would be to get a code reader on it for a look at faults stored
