How to unlock my tomtom. It says enabled locked?

I have a TomTom GPS. I can not enter anything in it because it says "enabled locked". Can I fix it?

If the lock feature seems to only be active when in motion. Turn on the tomtom when standing still and tap the center of the screen...select change preferences...select safety preferences and un-check the box for HIDE MOST MENU OPTIONS WHILE DRIVING
