wet front passenger footwell?

i have a 2004 clio cup 182 which seems to have a really wet front passenger foot well everyone says sunroof but this car doesnt have one does any one have any ideas please

clean out rubber bung under bonnet ,this is where the water drains from windscreen,if blocked the water will run inside car.
