My ice maker will not make ice - I have checked and the water is on [it comes out of the door] I held the reset button for 8 seconds, and nothing - the freezer is set at -2. If I had a service manual or some drawings I know I can fix it as I am a maintenance tech for a living, but I really dont want to just start tearing into the thing blindly. Can anyone help? I'm sure it's simple.
