disconnect cables at g/box and check your selectors are moving on g/box,if not,remove the top housing,six 10mm bolts,when off,inside the housing are two needle roller bearings which are bad for seizing,have these and the top oil seal ready before starting the job,strip selector assy down,fit bearings/oil seal,plenty grease and rebuild in reverse,maybe not this but worth a look.
