Hotpoint future fridge/freezer: the fridge is freezing up and spoiling all my food and drinks!

i have a hotpoint iced diamond fridge, and it keeps freezing all drinks. i.e. coke, milk cartons, water bottles.have tried turning it down, but it still freezes !
