My diplomat cooker is not heating up when i switch the cooker on the fan kicks in and is just blowing out cold air. We have previoulsy replaced the bottom element in the cooker, but even when tis was broken the top element was working, there is no heat at all. I would really appreciate it if someone could advise me on what spare part(s) i will need to buy to repair the oven.
