ford mondeo abs/handbrake,fluid level light?

mondeo 1.8 lx petrol.handbrake light came on dim,abs light wouldn't work.when handbrake applied light went brighter.light then went off.abs light flashed a couple of times.now all appears well. any sugestions ?

check brake fluid level in master cylinder if low top up normally light flickers on and off when brake pads low and need changing check them first if very low just fit pads level will go back up again
