remove the alloy coating to the horn earth brass connection behind steering wheel.this coating is
not visible but is enough to insulate it from car

details,the only part i would add is disconnect
one side of battery,leave for two minutes to see
cpu shut down,and remove somethings through
the open drivers window.allow removing the air
bag from outside could only be done by a
peugeot expert technician having had French lessons.

yes, take the steering wheel off. if you have an airbag fitted, you will need to disconect the battery, overnight is best, to allow power to discharge, BUT, make sure you have radio code before taking battery off.
