my nintendo ds touchscreen is out of sync, i have tried to re align it via the tool screen, but it is still the same, if you want to touch something in the middle of the screen you have to touch about an inch to the right!! does anyone have ideas please

I would say you need to replace the touch screen. Try youtube for instructions and ebay for parts.
