How and where can I acquire a replacement transformer?

I have a Scantronic Avenger IX Programmable Alarm System. The class 2 plug-in 120V 60HZ 0.25A transformer made by Basler Electric is no longer working. Basler Electric no longer makes plug-in transformers. Where and how can I acquire a suitable replacement? More info; SEC 16.5VAC 20VA,
