my dryer has stopped turning but it still blows in hot air and acts like normal but does not turn at all the drum can be turned if you do it by hand hand but other then that it just stays in the same place as if it was switched off there are no funny noises coming from it it basically acts like normal apart from the drum not moving what can i do?
