I'm in UK.
Do a search for Remmngton product which I am sure make these as I discovered on the website I found.
to find type in your search engine box piastra percapelli look down the list and below the pictures of the hair straighteners is the site you want but click the translate box to right first then it all comes up in English. Or find a store in US local dealing in hair care for both male and female.
I am male tried an elec razor no good I think I need wirecutters so back to wet shave.
Be lucky hope this helps. Check back as someone might come up with a store name. If you buy online ask the selling store if the instruction are in English and copy their reply so if it's not you should be able to get your money back at no cost to you for mis-selling
