vaux corsa key code?

hi,after changing battery in my key the code seems to have been lost in the key.someone once showed me how to recode it using my ignition but i have forgotten the sequence.does anyone know how to do this.thankyou

Turn ignition on (dash lights on, dont start engine) then push the button on the keyfob. Doors should lock then unlock, job done.
