why has my pto shaft stopped rotating in my 2006 Kubota L2800?

my pto isnot working had a new cable installed still having same problams have to adjust the cable still kicks out under a load

Because there is a factory defect in the engagement cable. The replacements now produced will solve the problem. Mine went out with only about 65 hours on it...and the replacement was covered by the warranty. My dealer said that they have changed several out. The new cables have to come from Japan, as there are currently none stateside.
