four screws remove oven back panel, fan nut 10mm left hand thread, remove bottom of 3 screws holding fan motor, loosen top 2. small circular panel at back remove (may need to break moulding tags) remove fan by lifting screws free panel fit insulation pad to new, swop wires, refit in reverse
