Hi, you will not find any info in the Haynes manual as they say it is beyond the scope of the home DIYer To get the info, have a look on ebay for a copy of "ELSAWIN" it's the dealer manuals and they do cover gearbox strip & re-builds plus all the special tools, torque settings and bearing clearances/pre-loadings you will need to do the job correctly!!! probably work out a lot cheaper to get a recon gearbox!!
