change timing belt vauxhall astra 1.4 16v?

i have a vauxhall astra estate 1.4 16v. 2ooo x reg.
how do i change the timing belt timing marks etc. do i need to remove crankshaft wheel hope someone can help.
p s. how do i set the belt tensioner after refitting new belt.
