parts of screen flashing?
help please? when i load a web page, certain parts of the page, mainly where there are adds, the screen is flashing, also when i scroll to a different part of a page i am getting a mad flashing sort of like refreshing but really fast until it settles, the bits where the adds are or where certain graphics are just keep flashing.
