Ford Focus damaged key code after flat battery?

Help!! Left the parking light on my Ford Focus 05 overnight and got a flat battery in the morning. Managed to get some charge back in the battery, but to do that I disconnected the battery (which I now know I shouldn't have done!!) and it appears to have done something to the key code now. Any suggestions??
