new house how to reset Micromark alarm as p pin not known MM9456?

Hi i bought a repossessed house but cannot use the Micromark (MM9456) alarm as i do not know the personal code, i have downloaded the manual but it does not tell you how to wipe out the existing pin, to enter a new three digit pin.

Try B+Q for a manual - if they give you one-or a copy you can roll up and use as a stick for the dog that would be of more use. The best advice is get a proper system from a reputable installer
