I have a used Samsung ER-5115 cash register that doesn't allow me to make changes to the PLU keys (status, price, or characters). I have the "P" key and the manual but it always gives an error indication and tone. Do I need to clear previous settings before changing>? Can I reset to factory defaults?

I need help on programming or adding a price to a plu. Cleared all existing plu's creatednew ones but want to add price, how do I do it?
