mark 4 golf door locking problem?

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix central locking a on Mark 4 Golf 1999 - lock unlocks door but does not lock all doors only drivers door manual key?

if not check for broken wires in the rubber boot between door and the a pillar

hi melv , disconnect earth terminal at the battery reconnect after 10 secs then try ur locking .
