The allan screws that hold the exhaust pipe onto the cylinder head are all rounded on the inside therefor no allan key will fit,not a lot of space to get various tools into,screws have been in since bike was new so are therefor pretty rusty.

Give the screws a dose of WD40 and try a suitable sized screw extractor inside the allen screw, this worked for me. Or if there's room, try a pair of mole grips.
