how can i remove the top of my pfaff creative 1469?

my pfaff 1469 is making a strange noise and the wheel seems hard to move. I need to look inside the head of the machine to see what is wrong how do I get the top off.

Hello Sotty,
Very difficult, take the tray out and undo every screw you can see on top including the handle.
