two question's,Q1 since we bought our cooker nearly 3 years ago it take's quite a while for the flames to flare up in pre-heat mode am i bein to inpatient or is this normal?Q2 recently the oven part when in use in starting to make a noise,like a car's engine is ticking over any theory's on this
