How can fix / mend the bar oil system?

I own a wolf gardenline WPCS-38cc chain saw and the oiler to the bar and chain has ceased to function, anyone got any ideas if it is a pressure system or a pump system and any ideas where the pump if it has one is located.

Any help appreciated.
