Can see on all forums that the problem is fixed by filling the boiler with water but can't find any way / avenue / area to physically fill the boiler - SOS or should i write HELPPPPPPPP!!!

should have a filling loop underneath by the gauge. Leave the two blue taps, open the two black taps and watch the gauge go up to 1.5 bar. Then turn off both black taps. This boiler should be under warranty (HE31/38?)
bnoiler wuill fire up on its own after FH cycle on screen
