cant get heating to work?

Have hot water but no heating?Not over sure how to switch on.I think I just go to timer put switch to day time and turn the dial up is that right?Its a worcester bosch greenstar 25si/30si

the unit you found overide button on is the reciever unit . your wireless clock/thermostat and reciever will now have to be paired together again or they won't communicate with each other.
complex instructions for this in makers installation booklet

Have got the heating on using overide.Timer control did need batteries.Couldnt find rciever on boiler the overide was in the middle.Would the be on the radiators or am I being stupid?

is timer and thermostat dial on same unit with a night thermostat at bottom? if yes this is a wireless battery powered unit, change battery and 'pair' unit with reciever on boiler (round unit in middle on control panel). ps in meantime push and hold 'overide' on this round reciever, heating will come on untill overide pressed again
