It does not appear to have any retaining bands?

Seal held with large spring type band.UNPLUG m/c and remove front kickplate down by filter door.Remove screws from base of panel and screw at top behind soap dispenser,front panel will come away giving you room to see what to do.Seal held with spring type band,once removed refit in reverse order,yours may have a hose to rinse off doorbowl dont forget this.
