Hello, I have a seven year old de dietrich DMP 40 oven. I have the original manual. I'm trying to set the clock but each time I choose a time it reverts to flashing and the time doesn't 'stick' so the to oven is unusable because I can't set the clock.

Make: de dietrich
Model: DMP 40

Already Tried:
Followed the instructions in the manual
Switching the oven off at the mains and leaving it 10 mins before switching it on again
