Can the fridge freezer be saved?

The evaporator tray on my iceline deluxe 7762/4877 fridge freezer has dried out and burnt! So has a pipe that I presume should attach to the tray.It was squeaking before I investigated.How do I fix it?And who make Iceline products?Thankyou
