Sorr to read of problems as you have highlighted. There are a number of areas to consider here .
On the assumption that water flow / pressure to the unit is correct and there is also a full power supply at 230/ 240 v supply including under load conditions then I would suggest that we would be looking at either a Solenoid Valve or Micro Switch problem.
In order to establish which of the parts are responsible it would be necessary to undertake resistance checks across the Solenoid Valve terminals - a correct reading here would be approx. 3.7 k/ohms. A continuity check to the Solenoid Valve assy could also be actioned.
