The washer stops just before emptying and will not re-start. The door lock only opens when the machine is switched off for a couple of minutes. We have cleaned the water outlet and removed all articles that have collected. There is still water in the machine and when we try to re-start nothing happens. We have tried all different programmes but nothing happens.
