2000 volvos40 turbo started blowing oil back up through dip stick tube and oil fill cap lots of backpressure. Is cat. converter stopped up or maybe pcv valve stopped up? car has 267K on it. Checked plugs after this happened only one fouled. Could turbo be going bad?
its a small unit with two hoses going to it,you just twist it out and clean the honeycomb with a screwdriver

i had this prob myself mate,its the crank case breather that is blocked,my car was the volvo 850,
check the crank case breather,it justs needs cleaned out,not a major prob on the 850 its below the carb
