i have a toyota lucida diesel 2.2 auto which started to have overheating problems,so ive changed the thermostat.when i blead system it would not bleed up properly it still had air in system.how do i cure that problem and ive also noticed that im losing water from the exhaust

by the sound of it . your cylinder head has cracked . it is a common fault with them ..
