I have a zanussi ZWF1415W?

There is no water coming through the pipe into fabric conditioner rinse drawer so assume it is blocked, how do I unblock it please?

sometimes you can't unblock them as they block internally and you have to replace the whole top part.this part at the top is called a conveyor
