how cold should my fridge be?

the freezer on my Bosch kgu30604gb fridge freezer is working fine but the fridge seems warm,on setting 3 its about 6degrees,some one suggested turning it of for 24 hours then putting it on again,but its still the same ,can anyone help please

should be 4-5 deg c
put a glass of water in the fridge and test the temperature of the water after 24hr.this will give a better temperature guide than air temp as when you open and close the door warm air rushes in
