Wire looks as though its wrapped inside the drum. End of wire poking out through drum holes on inside. Cannot dislodge, even with plyers. Is it just a case of loosening the 3 screw facing on the inside of the machine to remove the wire or will removing the screws disconnect the facing from the back of the drum completely ?
