Just recently my shower has begun tripping off if I turn the knob to setting 2(full strength). I can however operate the shower on the lower setting but the pressure is only half. The front cover says the the spray plate must be kept clean. Is this my problem? If so what does the plate look like and how do I fix? Thanks, mark
