Indesit WIA101 washing machine fabric softener remains in dispenser?

does anybody know how to sort my indesit washing machine out as it doesn't seem to be taking the softener (remains in dispenser when wash is complete)!

Try removing the soap drawer and clean the dispenser with hot water.If still the sane suspect cold fill valve.
