Your e-mail address is falsly used from a computer infected with a virus to send SPAM.

Possible causes:
- One or many of your correspondents' computer is infected with a virus or spyware.
- You posted your e-mail address somewhere and a harvester bot from some SPAMer lifted it.
(that's why you can't post anything that looks remotely like an e-mail address here)

What can you do:
Nothing at all as your address is already circulating among the SPAMers worldwhide.

Prevention:
Never, ever put your e-mail on facebook, twitter, any message board or web site.

Make sure that your computer is free of any viral infection and spyware.

Ask all of your corespondants to do a virus and spyware scan of ther computers.

If you need to post your e-mail address, obfuscate it in one way or another.
Some obfuscation methodes:
If your e-mail address don't contain numbers, add somem, at least 3 placed anywhere.
Insert a dot, dash or underscore in the address.
Replace the ampersand by "AT"
Replace any "." by "DOT"
Replace any "-" by "DASH"
Replace any "_" by "SCORE" or "UNDER" or "UNDERSCORE"
Add some extra characters in your name or domain name.
Change the domain extention.
Add something like "NOSPAM", "REMOVE", or similar anywhere in the address.
Replace some "m" by "rn" as they look similar.

In all cases, place the instructions on how to reconstruct your actual address in the text of your message.

Some VERY GOOD and FREE antivirus (all 3 are beter than several paid for solutions):
AVG free
Avira
Microsoft Security Essentials.

FREE anti-spyware:
Spybot Search & Destroy.
