I have a white knight dryer and the drum won't turn. Its still making the electrical ticking sound and the dial will move through the cycle but just clicks. The drum doesn't move at all. We took the back off and the belt is still in place and you can move it manually to get the drum rolling but when it goes to reverse the drum it all stops again. help!
