finally someone else has got fed up of your irritating answers good on ya nick believe me ive been trying to stop him from being rude to the public but acorn if you have a problem with answering a question then dont write anything if you no your going to be a complete ass to the public they cant just automatically think thats theres a search facility

Acorn what Pete dosent say probably because like the other 160, 000 ADT customers in this country, he is probably too polite but fed up with their high charges, which is why he is no longer paying for a service contract.
Oh yes Acorn i own a well established Burglar Alarm company south of London, and being a Christian i choose to help people.
I dont give out engineer codes as you wrongly assume, I have talked many people on here, who are NOT in my area, to follow simple steps to bring their alarms back to factory set,
Even house wife's have managed to do this with ease,
Scantronic, Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom Premier are all easy to restore to factory set engineer codes.
So Acorn dont judge me, and Dont assume.

You would not last 5mins in the Co. I work for, giving out Code Resets willy-nilly. Don't you understand what they are for?

Best you 'take over' the system and do the job correctly.

Hi Pete, as per usual none of the answers have helped you, If you can convince me ypu are a genuine customer, i will reset your alarm over the phone. You dont need the SEED code to reset your alarm.

Well, ask ADT what Seed Code they used to generate the number you have, if you can get that I'll generate the anti-code that you'll need.

Problem is they won't give it to you.
