A few months ago we had a power cut and the clock started flashing. Once the timer had been reset it continued to flash, LEDs started to fade and now we can;t see the clock. Tonight the over stopped heating and so have all of the hobs. If i replace the clock will it sort it?

sorry, noticed i put over rather than oven. And it is only half of the hobs that aren't working... anyone help?
